It’s not only the smallest helicopter in the world, but it is the lightest and the easiest to fly. The item is called GEN H-4. It’s only 155lbs in weight and can carry only the person who controls it.

GEN H-4 is priced at US $59, 900. They are not selling this as a single item. What you can get is a GEN H-4 kit which consists of ready made parts ready for assembly.

It is true that there is not much to see on the outside. The frame is 2 inch aluminum pipe bent and welded, with a fiberglass backpack and funny looking wheels. The controls are direct, like many gyrocopters. In front of the pilot attached to the control bar is the control panel with the throttle (altitude control), tachometer, ignition power, starter and yaw switches. The tools necessary for flight do not seem like much because they aren’t.
